Prior to joining BGCP, he was most recently the Global Head of Hedge Fund Sales and Client Development at the CME Group where he oversaw their successful entry into the cleared interest rate swap market for the Buyside. He also spearheaded internationalization at the exchange, significantly growing their client-facing presence in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. During his tenure at the CME, the exchange significantly grew it's percentage of electronically executed contracts as he focused on technology and the evolving demand for robust connectivity across platforms and technologically savvy market participants.
During his 25-year career in Finance, Mr. Winter has also held management and front office positions at Merrill Lynch, D. E. Shaw & Co., and KBC Financial Products.
Prior to his role with BGC, Mr. Hogan spent nineteen years at Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed Inc. in New York and London. During this period he managed several derivative and cash brokerage units and was Managing Director of eCommerce at Cantor Fitzgerald. In addition, Mr Hogan was involved in sales, product development and merger & acquisition activity at eSpeed. Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed, Mr. Hogan traded government bonds for four years at Bankers Trust Company in New York and for five years at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in London.

Mr Tsai started his career in 1993 in New York and has experience running a wide range of businesses ranging from banking / origination, structuring, trading & syndication, risk management to asset management. Mr. Tsai joined SGX in July 2013.
Prior to joining SGX, Mr Tsai served as Senior Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at DBS Bank from 2011-2013. He joined from DBS Asset Management where he was Fixed Income Investment Director and a member of the Management Committee. Prior to DBS Asset Management, Mr Tsai was most recently Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions at UBS.

Oscar is Head of Trading at NN Investment Partners responsible for Fixed Income, Equity Derivative and FX trading. The nine traders are mostly based in The Hague, with traders in New York and Singapore ensuring global coverage. Previously Oscar was fund manager at NN IP, specializing in derivative focused investment strategies. Oscar started his 19 year old career as proprietary trader in FX and interest rate derivatives at NN IP (formerly known as ING Investment Management). Oscar will be sharing his thoughts on the selection of new trading venues on the panel of Platform Selection Day. Oscar holds an MSc in Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Before that responsible for the Equities Electronic Trading business at Nomura, offering extensive algorithmic trading and smart order routing capabilities, including the leading high frequency trading brokerage service. Responsible for the product development of client trading solutions, including managing the creation and operation of NX MTF, the first investment bank based dark MTF, and also the Nomura SI.

Previously Non Executive Director at European Central Counterparty Limited (EuroCCP Ltd) and a member of the Board Risk Committee. A member (2010-2012) of the High Level Stakeholder Group of the "Foresight: The Future of Computer Trading in Financial Markets" government review sponsored by HMT; Chaired by Mark Hoban MP, Financial Secretary to the Treasury and managed by Sir John Beddington, Government Chief Scientific Advisor.
Having joined Nomura from Lehman Brothers following the business acquisition in 2008, career covering 27 years in financial markets includes 4 years at Lehman, and 7 years at Dresdner Kleinwort as head of the firm's institutional connectivity and order management activity.
