In Justin’s current role, his remit is to evaluate and enhance the EMIR reporting processes for the Asset management business at Credit Suisse. To deliver on this strategy he will continue to leverage and utilise subject matter expertise aligned to my regulatory jurisdiction exposure and synchronise close working relationships with compliance, legal, IT and Front & Middle office business management trading operations. Previously, Justin was also responsible for the project implementation of regulatory reforms Dodd Frank & EMIR – phase 1 & 2 to the Markets Portfolio / legacy Structured Capital Markets business and to subsequently manage EMIR remediation work to the Prime Synthetics business at Barclays Investment Bank. Justin will be sharing all is regulatory experience and expertise when discussing how you can overcome issues relating to cross border compliance.
