Before joining Algomi as Chairman, Michael's background includes a 14 year career at Deutsche Bank and 10 years at UBS, always heading Fixed Income Trading and Sales teams regionally and globally. His last positions at UBS were Co-Head of European Credit Trading, Global Head of UBS FI Retail Trading and member of the IB board of UBS Switzerland. Under his leadership, his teams pioneered a number of market leading electronic trading platforms including DB Autobahn, UBS Wealth Management/Investment Bank Connectivity Hub in addition to introducing the first algorithmic pricing tools in Corporate Bonds.
